Raven's Bedroom

Normal room. Window is always open. Soft carpeting; she often sleeps on the floor because, in her opinion, it's more comfortable than the bed. Almost everything is dark blue, save for a few black things.

Raven stared at the black egg. "I've never seen a black egg... How did this even get in here?"

She remembered the night before...

Raven walked down the dark alley, waiting for someone to jump out so she could fight them. Indeed, someone did jump out. But they didn't want to fight, no. They wanted to insult Raven.
Raven wasn't going to take this... but she couldn't bring herself to lift her clenched fist.
She vowed then that she would do whatever it took to get her old life back.

And so Raven sat on her bed, staring at the black egg as if waiting for it to hatch.

She looked out her open window. A warm breeze hit her and fanned her hair lightly. She sighed.

She gasped as the egg suddenly flew out of her hand and hit the floor. She made a wild grab for it, but it started floating in midair. She gasped again and started backing up. A long crack across the middle appeared, and the top popped up, exposing the small face of what seemed to be a... wolf? Raven took a step forward...
The entire egg fell, and then a miniature black wolf floated where the egg was.
"Heya! I'm Kuro, and I'm your Chara!" it said. It had a husky, cute male voice.
Raven blinked. "Chara...?"
"You wanted to be a fighter, right? Well, when you need me, I'll make you a fighter! I'm a would-be you!"
"Would-be... me? And how would you make me a fighter out of nowhere?"
"Well, in the heat of battle, I'll come in handy. Trust me! All you have to do is believe!"
She sighed and shook her head. "I'm going out..."
"I'll follow!"
"No! People can't see you!!!"
"Oh, please! Normal people can't see Charas. Only people with Charas can see Charas!"
She groaned. "Fine! Just... Fine." She exited, and Kuro the Chara hustled after her.

Quickly, Raven pushed Ikuto out of the way and covered a few things with cloths.

Ikuto watched her as she did some things and smirked.

"Nice room."

A hint of a smile touched her lips as she sat on the floor and leaned against the wall. "Hm."

"Better than an alley." He muttered looking around.

"See nya!" Yoru gloated.

Now, a true smile crossed her lips. "I guess I should say, 'I'm glad that you're comfortable'."

He nodded as he slipped off his shoes and set them in a corner where no one will trip over them, once he sat on the bed he continued to look around curiously. After a minute he unbuttoned a few buttons from his shirt from being warm.

"Nice and cozy." He stated nodding.

She nodded and grabbed a sheet and a pillow from her closet. They were both dark blue with black designs. Kuro sleepily closed the window, and the warmth wasn't as bad. It was slightly cooler. Raven wrapped the blanket around her waist and hugged the pillow.

Ikuto watched her for a moment before plopping on his side, his eye lids unwillingly drooping as the fatigued started to kick in. He tried to stay away for a few more moments, before slipping into his slumber.

She smiled and lay down as well on the soft carpets.

He stayed silent, his slow breaths unheard.

(me too, sleeepppyyy. G'night!)

With a yawn, Raven sat up. The night's events flashed through her head. Was all that a dream? She looked over at the bed. Nope, not a dream. She sighed.
Not wanting to wake Ikuto, she tiptoed down to the living room.

Ikuto blinked himself awake and sat up looking around tiredly.

"Hmm . . ."

The smell of eggs cooking wafted up to the room.

He blinked and got out of bed leaving Yoru there to still sleep.

"food . . " He muttered.

Ikuto walked in and looked around to find yoru curled up on the bed while holding onto the blanket.

Raven followed and saw Kuro sitting expectantly where she had layed that night. His face said, "Well? Did you do it?!" Raven rolled her eyes, wondering what he was expecting her to have done.

Ikuto smiled softly and walked over to Yoru then lightly poked Yoru's tummy making him stir.

"Nyyaa?"
