Classroom 2-A

He took the stick out of his mouth and flicked it at the trash bin. It landed in with precise aim. He sighed and put the other sucker into his mouth, wondering what she was thinking about.

As she continued to think she almost grinned when her parents found out she walked alone only at the age of seven to downtown tokyo just to get sweets.

He nearly quirked his eyebrow at her, but held back. He twisted the sucker around in his mouth.

Maora blinked then started to think what cake she should get for tonight.

"Hey Ryuzaki."

He blinked at her. "Hm?"

"What type of cake is better on a Thursday?" Maora asked seriously.

He thought about it, as serious as her. "Strawberry," he finally answered.

Maora nodded then nodded.

"Strawberry." she whispered to herself then nodded, she smiled to Ryuzaki. "Thanks."

He shrugged disinterestedly. His toes squirmed, and he lifted one foot and rubbed it against his other leg, then sat it back down.

Maora tilted her head then tilted it to the other side thinking. She was trying to think of a new way to prank her father, yesterday she locked him in the bathroom, the day before that she sent her mother to a spa without him knowing and claimed her mother missing, she then hid his phone and put them on silent. She blinked getting nothing.

"Red candy," he said, his tone light and carefree.

(Red candy AKA smear it on your arm and pretend you accidentally cut yourself I've done that before my parents FREAKED!!)

Maora immediately covered her mouth trying not to laugh.

(It was sooo fun!!!)
This time, his restraint did nothing to keep his eyebrow from lifting itself at her. "Nani?" He hadn't even realized he was hinting what she could do; he was just saying what was on his mind.
(L's clueless right now >.> He was also clueless when he told Light about him being L...)

Maora took a breath then sighed.

"Oh, sorry. it was something a friend of mine did with red candy." She paused and just decided to tell him. "She accidently smeared it on her arm then got an idea, she went up to her parents and said she accidently cut herself." She grinned at their expressions. "They were going berserk."

"Hm." He hadn't even thought of that one.

Maora continued to smile but sighed later and looked to her bag of candy.

"When did you start loving sweets?" She asked out of nowhere.

He shrugged and flicked the stick again. It hit precisely for the second time. "I've always loved sweets. They keep me awake." The bags under his eyes looked extremely prominent at that moment.

"Oohh." Maora nodded then looked to her hand holding the cherry sucker she had.

He sighed and looked around, his dark eyes sweeping over the classroom. It was dull to him; nothing interesting, so there was no point focusing on it.

"Only if rooms were made of sweets." Maora muttered to herself.

He nodded and yawned widely, then blinked. When he wasn't eating sweets, he was tired, and he didn't like being tired.

"You want to go buy a cake?" Maora asked curiously.

His dark eyes seemed to brighten slightly at the mention of cake, and they darted to her. "... Cake?" he asked childishly.

"You want me to buy some cake? There's a sweets shop in the mall if you want to go." She paused. "Like i said, i'll buy."

He shrugged. "Sure, I don't mind." Of course he didn't mind; cake was his favorite sweet, especially strawberry.
